A Bit of a Scare

I woke up yesterday not feeling very well at all. I felt like I had a very bad cold.     The world being as it is at the minute I rang the hospital I work in and arranged a covid19 test. I had the test yesterday afternoon. I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to get the result.     I am delighted to say I got the result this morning and it was clear. I have never been so happy to have a bad cold.     Stay safe everyone.

Ebay Finds

Like many other crafters i like a bargain. I don't always have a huge amount of money to buy supplies  so it id always good when I can find a bargain. I am a huge fan of digital crafting as I find it much more economical than buying ready printed products. I have a huge collection of craft cdroms and usbs. I have started checking out ebay for digital bargains and have found quite a few recently. I got this for £5 and it was worth every penny. The papers on it are beautiful. I am presently making a V8ntage Christmas Memory Book using this cdrom. I am a great fan of Joanna Sheen. This triple cdrom was also £5. I have lots of plans for this one. I am a great fan of anything Oriental. Joanna Sheen again. It suddenly struck me that I dont have anything with a baby theme. What would I do if someone asked me for a baby card, or a baby book. So of course I took to ebay again. Now if someone asks me gor something for a new arrival I am ready. Crafters Companion brought out this cdrom a few

Sorry

This is just going to be a quick note to say I am sorry for not being around over the past week. My mother has had a couple of falls at home and is presently in the hospital. She is doing well and hopefully will be home soon. In the meantime it has made my life a little mad. I promise normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.

Poundland Haul.

I do quite a bit of craft shopping in Poundland. You can get some exellent bargains. They get a lot of end of line products from big companies. Today I had yo go into Newcastle to go to the bank  so of course I had to pay Poundland a visit. This is my haul for today. I am trying to reorganise my craftroom as I just don't seem to have room to put everything. I got a couple of small baskets and some hooks to hang them on the wall. Those odd grey things are collapsable funnels. They were 2 for £1 and they will be very usefull in my craftroom. I recently purchased some spray bottles from Aliexpress which were very reasonably priced. Today i bought a travel cosmetic set for £1. It has 2 spray bottles in it which are only small but big enough for alcohol ink sprays, 2 other bottles which I plan to use for glue, and several little pots that I'm sure I can find a use for. I also got a cosmetic stand which is perfect to put them in. This was my favorite purchase. Metallic acrylic pa

Whats Coming Up

Hi everyone. A bit of a catch up to let you know what I am up to. As you know I recently took part in my first on line craft fair. The next one is at the end of September and I need 20 items to sell so I better get cracking. This is something I have been working on. Maybe it will go to the craft fair. I'm not sure yet. No theme this time so I plan to sell a variety of products. This arrived on Saturday and I can't wait to make a start with it. Lots of things to play with. This was a bargain I found on ebay for only £5. I love anything Oriental so this one is going to get a lot of use. I love Joanna Sheen CDroms and think it is a pity she doesn't do so many now. I am also continuing to update my etsy shop. You can find it here at  Celticmoon Crafts  I am trying to add a variety of items for you to choose from. I hope you like them. Before I go i thought you might like to see my crafting buddy. As you can see Star is very relaxed.
