I'm busy getting things made and sorted out ready for the big day. Another day of very talented crafters. The fayre finishes up on Sunday. New Products

I have some new products I will be adding to my website this week. First up I have this beautiful metallic water colour set. 12 different colours with a fine brush and a Japanese Water Brush. These paints have a beautiful shimmering finish. This little mini album kit is great to pop into your handbag. Watch out as I am going to make a video showing how I decorated this album. This handy little wheel contains some very pretty little purls. They come in a selection of mixed colours and are perfect to add a bit of glam to your cards. I am adding new products all the time so pop over and have a look. You can visit the website here Celticmoon Crafts

My New Craft Room.

My craftroom has for the past 2 years been in an attic room. However I seem to have outgrown it now. I think the main problem is because the room is in the eves of the house I don't have much wall space. I discussed it with Dave and I am now going to move into the spare bedroom. I have been on a week's holiday thos week so I have madeca start. It is my plan to use as many recycled items as I can. The table in rhis picture is one of the tables I used for craft fairs in the past. The dark wood box is the foot locker from the bed that was in the room. The bed had seen better days so Dave took it to bits and we have managed to recycle quite a bit of it for my craft room. I'm going to use this box for my 12 x 12 paper pads. They fit in there quite nicely. This is the drawers from the bed. Dsve is going to trim the ends and put an extra shelf In each one to store my cutting file usbs. The shelves will be made from the side panels of the bed. I'm going to be doing some more wo

I Pledge to Reduce my Carbon Footprint

I am very aware of the need to reduce my carbon footprint before it is to late. At present World Leaders are meeting in Glasgow to discuss setting targets to fight Climate Change. Today I have made the decision to make my crafting as environment friendly as I can. I have made an amazon wishlist of recycled craft products I would like to try. I am starting with this black card. I bought 200 sheets of 270g recycled card for £19.95. It is a little more expensive than the card I normally buy, but I can live with that if it is helping in the fight against climate change. The quality of the card appears to be very good, and it seems to be a true black. I'm planning on lots of tutorials and other videos once my new craft room is finished so I'll let you know how it goes. As you know I am a great fan of digital crafting. In the future I plan to buy as little as possible of pre printed craft sheets. I will stick with printable items. That way I will print only what I need. I won't b
