Ink Storage Rack

Today I am giving you a sneak peak of something that is coming to the website soon. This great ink storage unit. It will hold 24 separate ink pads and is the perfect size for your distress ink pads. It comes flat packed like this and is really easy to put together. It's a simple tab system and will hold together without glue  but if you want extra security you can add a bit of glue to hold it together. As you can see it is generously sized. It can be decorated as you wish to match your craftroom decor. I think you will agree it will be a great addition to any craft room. It will be on the website by the end of the week. In the meantime you can check out all of the other fab products I can offer you Celticmoon Crafts Until next time Happy Crafting.

Crafting Life 2022

I really think it is whenever I am feeling a bit low I pop myself into my craftroom for a couple of hours and Craft my troubles away. While my mother was ill it was a great help to me. I could just lose myself in the crafting and all of my troubles and sadness drifted away. I have big plans for 2022. I want to get a lot more crafting done. It keeps me sane. I plan to build my craft supplies website. I have some great products coming up and I am always looking for new products. I am planning on a lot more videos for my YouTube Channel. I'm working on some tutorials. I will be showcasing items I have made and I will be showcasing new products for the website. I hope you can join me. Until next time Happy Crafting.

Work in Progress

I have started work on a new Memory Book. I used the Crafters Companion large spine die to make the cover. It is decorated with toppers from the Kanban Taste of Japan collection. I'm going to put a matching pocket onto this page. They will be good for little treasures. This is as far as I have got for now. This is a large side pocket. Perfect for larger pictures. Until next time Happy Crafting.

Craftroom Update

I've donexa little more work in my craftroom over the weekend. I have sorted out this table top now. I may need to move things around to use my cut n boss but I think I can live with that until I have all of my storage in place. At least now I have a usable work station. I intend yo use it a lot, as well of course of sorting out all of my duties when I have more storage in place Happy Crafting

6 x6 Oriental Card

2021 was not the best year for me. I am determined that 2022 will be a better year. I'm going to start by making more crafty videos. So if you want to find out how I madevthis pretty little Oriental Card check out this video  I hope you like it. Happy Crafting

Craftroom Update

Over the past few weeks while my mother has been ill everything in life was put on hold. Now she is at peace and although I am very sad I have to get on with my life. I thought I had better get on with my craftroom makeover. I have sorted out the top of one of my tables. I've sorted all of my decoupage sheets out and put them into storage files. I've put my black  craft, and white card into the boxes on the left of the picture. These are the colours I use the most, and I seem to have a huge amount of black card. I've sorted all of my glue out and the open tubes and bottles are in a box to go on my desk. I feel I have made a bit of headway and may soon even be able to use it as a craftroom. I bought this picture from Aliexpress especially to put on my craftroom wall. The cat reminds me a lot of a beautiful black cat I had some years ago named Heathcliff. Happy Crafting.

Steampunk Mixed Media

I have been doing a bit of finishing off today. I started this Mixed Media Piece a while back. Unfortunatly 2021 got in the way and I never got around yo finishing it. So I spent today finally finishing it off. I hope you like it.  Until next time Keep Crafting.

Digital Craft Record

Today I have been waiting for a call from the solicitor dealing with my mother's estate. As a bit of distraction therapy I have started to catalogue my digital Craft CDs and USBs  I started with all of the Goth stuff. Most of these are by Magik Graphics with a few from Debbi Moore, and some odd CDs from other companies. The rest of the collection is going to take a while. I think I probably have in the region of 300 CDs and USBs. I have made a Word Document, and listed them by company. That way if I need something for a particular project I can check and easily see what I have got that I can use. I can also easily add new items as I get them. Well onward and upward I have a long way to go.

My Mam

This weekend has been a bad one for me as my mother passed away in the small hours of Friday Morning. Her last years have been difficult. Her mobility became poor as she got older and she would not accept that she needed help. She had many falls, and spent a lot of time in and out of hospital. Finally she agreed to go into a carehome, and she spent the last eight months of her life being wonderfully cared for in Springvale Court in Gateshead. I love this picture of my young happy parents with cute little baby me. I think I am about five years old in this picture in Edinburgh Zoo. I still love Edinburgh Zoo to this day. This picture was taken on the beach at Great Yarmouth in 1969. We stayed in a guest house and I vaguely remember everyone being huddled around little TV in the lounge to watch Neil Armstrong takes his first steps on the moon. My mam was a huge Sunderland fan. This picture was taken on a tour of The Stadium of Light. This picture was taken on the same tour of The Stadium

With a Little Help

We all have difficult times in our lives and need something to help us get away from it all. My saviour is crafting. I have been crafting since I was a child when my grandmother taught me to knit. I knitted a lot of things for myself over the years. When my children were small I knitted a lot for them. I really loved to knit picture jumpers. Actually I loved to knit anything that was a bit of a challenge. I knitted both the ain jumper I am wearing in this picture, and the Fairisle jumper my daughter Louise is wearing. In 2004 I hurt my back at work and was stuck in the house for quite a while. One day I was channel hoping and I came across Create and Craft. I was very intetested I  the card making kits they wete selling. I bought one and was hooked. I hope my card making skills have improved since then. Looking at my cards then they are very simple, but they set me well and truly on my crafty journey. Now I even have a whole craftroom of my own. Its bursting at the seams as I have accu
