Tattered Lace Digital Subscription.

As ypu k ow I am a great fan of The Brother Scan and Cut. I use it in most of my diffetent crafts, and use it pretty much every day.

At the minute there is work going on in my craft room so I can't really get in there to work. So today I am going to share something that I found quite exiting.

In 2020 Tatteted Lace produced their first digital subscription. It wasn't rocket science for me to decide to subscribe.

So it wasn't long before issue 1 was arriving in my inbox. From the word go I loved it. For me the value for money was outstanding. In fact the only thing I didn't like about it was in  order to access the magazine you have to visit the issue website. It was a bit of a pain if I wanted to check anything because I had to visit the website.

Yesterday that changed. Someone posted an issuu downloader so you can convert the magazines into pdf files.

Sounds to good to be true I thought, but I will give it a try. So I went to issue 1 of my digital magazine, copied the link into the downloader and set it off. Less than a minute later I had a perfect pdf of the magazine. Now I have all of the magazines so far converted into pdf files and on a usb. Game changer for me. I just need to pop the usb into my computer and open the file I want.

I hope you find this useful

Until next time

Happy Crafting.

Celticmoon Crafts

I started Celticmoon Crafts quite a few years ago now. As a passionate crafter I wanted to share my ideas with others, so I started to design my own craft sheets.         This is one of my favorite design sheets. I love anything Oriental.       I produced 20 card making CDroms, covering a range of subjects. This was one of my first CDroms. I love digital crafting. Its much more economical than buying ready printed sheets. If you run put just print another sheets. Of course I have been known to run put of ink before which isn't always good.       I made this card using one of my own designs. Anubis is my favorite Egyptian God. He gets a lot of undeserved bad publicity in my opinion.     I've done a lot of craft fairs in the past.  Sometimes they are very very good and sometimes very very bad. I have been to craft fairs where I have sold loads, and I have been to ...

The Great Pumpkin is on The Way

Like many people I am a great fan of the Peanuts Cartoon Strip, and in particular the ever lovable dog Snoopy. What would the Pesnuts Gang be without him?. Anyone who follows the adventures of the Peanuts Gang will know its almost time for The Great Pumpkin. According to Linus he comes every year delivering toys and gifts to the good boys and girls who sit in the pumpkin patch on Halloween waiting for him to arrive. Of course he eaits every year  usually with Snoopy and The Great Pumpkin never arrives, but he never looses faith  and every year he is back thete waiting.     Halloween is still two months away, but of course we crafters have to get ready for it on lots of time. I am working on things for a craft fair  but I am also trying to get things made to go into my etsy shop. You can check out my shop here  Celticmoon Crafts Shop     These cute little treat bags are going in thos week. They will be £1.50 each and come ...

Health Scare

I have been notably absent over the past couple of weeks. The reason is I have had a health Scare. I returned from the MPC Gala in Edinburgh at the begining of May and developed a niggly pain in my right foot. I thought I had overdone it a bit at the Gala so didn't take much notice. However the pain got worse and eventually I had to go and see my Doctor. She thought I may have  a stress fracture and sent me for an X Ray to check. My X Ray showed a lesion on my toe joint that could not be identified. I was immediately referred to an Orthopaedic Oncologist. Then followed the worst two weeks of my life. As a nurse all of the worst case scenario's went through my head. Sometimes a little bit of k owledge is a bad thing. If I slept for 3 hours a night I was lucky. It was just hell. On Friday I finally went for my appointment. I am hugely relieved to say the specialist is certain the lesion is benign. I have to go for an MRI scan but he has no concerns. I do have a fracture which is ...
